We need to clarify how to associate specific citations with taxonomic terms.

• Is it best to list all species in a book?
• Will the genus page pick up all the species references?
• Will the class page reach down one taxonomic level, or give the citations for all members?
• Can we cite the coverage of a book (say the phylum) and expect the book to be cited on every taxon page?  Note that this is a reach-up query and contradicts the point above which is reach-down.
• How do we manage synonyms in the bibliography lists?
